the best of the local produce from this culinary "Garden
of Eden" whether it is the local Angus Beef, Lamb, Glorious
Game or the hand picked soft fruits from Blairgowrie. Using
his international experience to create menus that offer imaginative
and modern cuisine served and presented to the highest standards.
With
everything made on the premises from fresh bread and rolls
to delicious Ice Creams, petit fours and home made tablet,
the menus change on a regular basis using the produce available
locally.
Signature
dishes include "Dunsyre Blue Cheese Brulee glazed with
Creme Fraiche and served with Game & Orange Chutney"
or "Seared Breast of Wild Duck and Five Spiced Confit
Leg with a Plum & Heather Honey Reduction" "Warm
Brioche & Butter Pudding served with home made Marmalade
Ice Cream"
Lunch
is served informally in The Steading Bar where a wood burning stove awaits
in the winter months and a fascinating collection of farming
memorabilia placed on the wood panelled ceilings and original
stone walls. Our New Winter Lunch Menu is now available individually priced allowing you to choose whatever you would like.
Dinner
is a set price 2 or 3 Course Menu normally served in The Roundhouse Restaurant although in the winter months, the
same menu is sometimes served in The Steading Bar instead.
A New Supper Menu is also available Tuesday - Friday Evenings ( not Saturdays) served in The Steading Bar. The Menu is an individually priced menu with a choice of Starters, Main Courses and Desserts with Main Courses bewteen £9.50 - £16.00 Reservations are still a good idea as space is limited

Wine List has a truly international flavour - wine is sourced
from independent suppliers from all over the UK with a good
selection of both French and New World offering a selection
that compliments the food and suits most tastes.
